Martin is a former competitive boxer and martial artist who has worked in health and fitness industry spanning over 16 years from gym instruction through to gym/studio personal training management. His vast knowledge and experience within this industry have enabled him to understand the needs of each individual from the new beginner through to the seasoned professional athlete.

Due to Martin’s passion, commitment and enthusiasm towards helping individuals achieve their true goals and potential, he pursued a career in helping people to get the best out of them self, through his style of personal fitness and strength and conditioning.
